Meet Ashlee Bump, the cake artist behind Berserk Desserts and the creative lead of our popular Blooms & Buttercream class. A licensed cottage food baker and lifelong dessert enthusiast, Ashlee has been decorating cakes since 2010. Her journey even took her overseas—baking in a high-rise apartment in Shanghai, China using nothing more than an oversized toaster oven!

Now back in her hometown of Macon, Ashlee shares her love for edible art through hands-on classes that focus on floral buttercream techniques, colorful design, and cake decorating for all skill levels. With a playful spirit and an eye for detail, she makes cake art both accessible and inspiring.

Whether you’re piping your first rose or refining your decorating skills, Ashlee brings sweetness and creativity to every session.
